The first place to go to for reviews
I always after searching Companies/Hotels online go to Trustpilot to read the reviews and try to judge for myself whether to proceed or not. Everybody has a view on most companies, good and bad, but I always look at percentages and this gives a good indication of the company or Hotel. Trustpilot is an extremely useful and invaluable tool!

Trustpilot allows for true experiences to be told
Trustpilot is a pretty reliable source of information from a user (both reviewer and reviewee's point of view). They don't filter out the negative that one may comment on a product or a store. More important, they don't guide you with positive prompts to falsely boost a product. What one usually reads from Trust Pilot is a more honest review than ones you read made up by an individual's store's marketing team.
