Buying on line is potentially fraught with trusting unknown brands and often preconceived positivity towards major brands that do not deliver the service you would expect from a Top Marque. Trustpilot is unbiased
It’s good to have an unbiased means of giving feedback on goods and services to help others make informed choices. I would never make a purchase without looking at feedback these days, and Trustpilot is the the place to go for that.
