I am so pleased I took the time to discover Trustpilot. Following my Trustpilot review, the company finally contacted me about my previously ignored complaint. Unfortunately, they continue to delay a resolution, and I believe a full refund is now the only acceptable outcome. I will provide updates as the situation progresses.
