Trustpilot is a vehicle for the public to reflect a service which they have recently experienced which the public should be told about. Providing the author is fare and reasonable and tells the truth about their experience the public and the company offering a service should be made aware the level of service they provide. knowing the truth can only help to enhance a companies performance for the future.

That you don't pester for reviews really. You ask and a person is free to do one or to not do one. Which gives me a feeling of importance...that's not the right word but it makes me feel like my opinion matters on some small level.
