Why is Trust Pilot score so much lower than Homestars
Just looking at the wide area score for Reliance Home Comfort and I can tell Trust Pilot must not be allowing reviews from Reliance employees or you have a way to weed those out. Homestars does not have any control which is why reliance has high scores on Homestars. I have reported this several times but it goes nowhere. This company encourages, if not forces, their employees to get reviews on Homestars. I witnessed the HR Director in 2018 go to their own employees in the HR department and ...
