Trustpilot was a big help…
Trustpilot sent a copy of my first review to Arrivia and Icruise where I wrote about the problem I was having. Because they did that, I believe my issue came to the attention of the person who had authority to resolve the issue and that person went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.

Easy navigation thru data.
The Chapters were easy to get to from loging in. I didn't have to go review each part before reviewing a later chapter.
