Trust on Trust Pilot.
Have always been apprehensive doing anything on-line but this booking experience with trust pilot as a partner of the business I have arranged my trip with, I will have more confidence trusting the on-line process especially when I see Trust pilot in it.

credit card issue fixed in ONE DAY.

Rental Agency responded to my review.
I was surprised to hear from the rental company that was involved. They read my review and responded within a few days. They basically said they needed more information, but at least they responded. I resubmitted my review with the information they requested. Hopefully this will help. Thanks
