Quick and easy reviews
When I post a review, I see it. That in itself deserves mention. There is nothing more dishonest or more unprofessional than a review system that hides reviews given by customers. Even more so when they've taken precious time out of their day to post a review without any sort of reimbursement. 5 Stars for the service being quick, easy, and honest.

Now I always check on Trustpilot before purchasing from an unfamiliar company. Last week I nearly purchased a print-out t-shirts from a company named Destiny. Fortunately I checked them out on Trustpilot which helped me make the decision in confidence.

Trustpilot has been an absolute pleasure to work with the reviews that I posted to them I'm sure has helped numerous consumers. I knew from the second email to them this was a complete smoke and mirrors return policy.
