It is my opinion that Trustpilot deliveres accurate reviews. This is my experience from when I choose to shop from shops, businesses etc based on user reviews. No complaints so far.

Getting the real Truth out there about…
Getting the real Truth out there about cons and rip offs. I wish there was a way to have people read reviews BEFORE THEY BUY. We don’t think of it until after the damage was done …but at least it helps not to have a repeat of a bad experience.

Gives you a fighting chance!
It makes a change to be able to trust an area where reviewers have a chance to publish their experiences. Too many reviews from other sites are obviously fake. Good or bad reports are available which really give the reader a fighting chance of not making the wrong decision when needing some helpful guidance.

Valuable service - Work still needed on Algorithms
Valuable service - following on from my previous feedback on AL/ML I have 2 suggestions: 1 - A way to compensate for fake positive reviews is to invert the weighting of reviews so that fake 5* reviews have least value, 4* has more and so on until 1* which has the greatest weight. If they have the same weight, then your ratings are wide open to abuse, via fake 5* reviews. 2 - next to the rating either have an expert Trust Pilot rating based on the rating spread shape - i.e. if ratings look ...
