I was able to find reviews of a scam…
I was able to find reviews of a scam company I have just had an issue with. If only I’d heard about trustpilot before I made my purchase . Luckily I paid with Pay Pal who have investigated the issue and have ruled in my favour.

Trust Pilot does exactly what it sets out to do. Enables consumers to comment and rate any Company. The Companies in my experience invariably take this seriously and offer to respond accordingly.

Trustpilot always gets a result when…
Trustpilot always gets a result when you post a review. It's up to the company how they reply of course...some times it's a rubber stamp reply which you just know is not worth a grain of salt. But....it's therapeutic to put your frustrations in print....because it's not legal to bomb the offending companies. ;)

Great staff at Sofology and so much choice of sofas!!!
The wonderful lady that served us nade the whole thing very enjoyable. We were struggling with measurements, as our brains are still Imperial, no problem, help was on hand.....we would definitely visit sofology again and highly recommend it.
