Great API
What do you like best? Their API made it easy to gather feedback from customers. And then their API allowed us to pull customer reviews and display them on our web site. Not just company reviews but also product reviews. What do you dislike? The API had a bit of a sharp learning curve. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trustpilot greatly improved the feedback we received from customers.

Great platform to solicit and manage reviews for our business
What do you like best? It's ease of use and simplicity. Trustpilot makes it easy to solicit and then post reviews to our site. What do you dislike? Limited integrations. I wish there were more/easier ways to solicit reviews. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We turned to Trustpilot to help us manage our customer reviews and then feed the results into Google search results.

Simple and compelling but can be pricey
What do you like best? I like that for free trustpilot can publicly demonstrate how good your business is. What do you dislike? To make money they charge businesses but they seem to charge a lot if you want some features I would consider basic. Great company to easily get customer reviews!
What do you like best? Trustpilot makes it so easy to secure customer reviews. The system is simple to use. Support is excellent. Getting those coveted Google orange stars was a huge win. They delivered on what they promised. I highly recommend them. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike. But, in addition to reviews posted on Trustpilot, you do still need to get other reviews on Facebook, Google MyBusiness and Yelp to round out your digital reviews profile. What problems ...

What do you like best? We love that Trust Pilot gives our customers a platform to let us know how we can improve. The user interface is very easy for our customers to explain their issues to us in a way we can quickly address. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The use of Trustpilot by consumers is completely free; anyone can access, read the comments of others and share their opinions. For companies there are a free solution and a paid solution. All companies can invite their customers to write a review and respond to reviews. Solid review platform
What do you like best? I went through a few review providers before finding Trustpilot a few years back. It was easy to implement and has been even easier to maintain. Training in our reps in how to use the admin panel and best practices in replying to reviews takes minutes, and adds a great element to the customer service we provide.
