solid review platform
What do you like best? At our store we like the ability Trustpilot gives us to ask our customers to review us, and not shove it down there throats, like some platforms may do. We simply can ask for their review, or send one or two emails at our own discretion and not bother our loyal, older customer base too much. Great tool for reviews
What do you like best? Trustpilot is easy to use; after a few months we had it fitted as a part of our system so we are now regularly asking our customers to review our service. What do you dislike? Most of our customers have never heard of Trustpilot What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are improving our on line presence. We are also hearing about issues we might not have otherwise

What do you like best? We love that we can connect Trustpilot to our personal website and our facebook platform. It makes it easier for people to see our reviews. I also love that I can use a template for each invitation to review. It makes it so much easier and quicker to send multiple review requests out. What do you dislike? Good site for getting customer feedback
What do you like best? The fact that they will reach out to the customers on my behalf What do you dislike? Although the service is effective, I wish it was able to increase the percentage of respondents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The lack of customer reviews. We live in a rural area and people just don't leave online reviews where we live. Trustpilot has been successful in getting some online reviews for my company.

What do you like best? Trustpilot is straightforward and user-friendly. It accomplishes exactly what it is made to. What do you dislike? There should be more options of ways to categorize the reviews / split them up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? User friendly interface and great functionality. What do you dislike? To my understanding, there is no option to privately respond to reviewers. What do you like best? The system is linked to shopify so you can have it send an email to customer to prompt them to review the product. You can also reply to customers directly on the on platform.
