Great Experience
What do you like best? We like how easy it is to integrate with our website and collect customer feedback, allowing us to help our customers most efficiently. What do you dislike? We do wish that there were additional API options available. This way our agents could reply to reviews using our third-party aggregator. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to hear more from our customers and resolve any issues that arise quickly.

Trustpilot is user friendly.

What do you like best? I like that Trustpilot sends out review invitations best. What do you dislike? I am very comfortable with TP and do not dislike anything about it. What do you like best? TrustPilot made the process for our customers to leave a review very easy, which is exactly what we were looking for. We have received 582 reviews to date. What do you like best? Trustpilot has been a great way for our company to obtain good and not so good reviews. Easy way for us to share on all types of media. What do you dislike?
