Great Experience
What do you like best? We like how easy it is to integrate with our website and collect customer feedback, allowing us to help our customers most efficiently. What do you dislike? We do wish that there were additional API options available. This way our agents could reply to reviews using our third-party aggregator. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to hear more from our customers and resolve any issues that arise quickly.

What do you like best? Collect many customer reviews, easy to get in touch with customers in order to help out; from one customer only the last review will be counted to businesses' rating. Trustpilot is user friendly.
What do you like best? I love that you can send review request to multiple people at the same time, it is also easy to keep track of out feed back and status of our review requests. Trustpilot is great!
What do you like best? I like that Trustpilot sends out review invitations best. What do you dislike? I am very comfortable with TP and do not dislike anything about it. Easy platform that compliments our business
What do you like best? Great customer service! Easy platform for the user as well as for the administrator. What do you dislike? Mobile website not great for IOS for the administrator. TrustPilot was effective in helping our company gather customer feedback through reviews .
What do you like best? TrustPilot made the process for our customers to leave a review very easy, which is exactly what we were looking for. We have received 582 reviews to date. Easy program to use
What do you like best? Trustpilot has been a great way for our company to obtain good and not so good reviews. Easy way for us to share on all types of media. What do you dislike? Wish it could be sent over to Google and/or other forms of reviews instead of asking a customer to fill out multiple reviews in different locations What problems are you solving with the product?
