Great for potential customers
What do you like best? Customers are able to get a glimpse at what our program has done for others What do you dislike? The overall look of it is kind of childish. Improved Reviews, Better Ratings
What do you like best? The invitations are the easiest to send out. They are simple, clean and good design. Excellent platform to create trust with customers
What do you like best? All of the widgets available to add to your site. What do you dislike? The social templates could use an overhaul. Users have little control when trying to format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The widgets allow us to add our Trustpilot review score on many of our more important pages.

What do you like best? There are a lot of features that a small business like ours can benefit from. I like the user friendly GUI they have. I like amazingly quick customer/tech support. very user friendly
What do you like best? Trustpilot is used by over 1000 stores in our Co-OP and they make it very easy to use, and to request reviews. What do you dislike? I wish Turstpilot reviews showed up on our business listing on google similar to the way others do, ie facebook What problems are you solving with the product? Great Platform for collecting consumer reviews
What do you like best? The platform is easy to navigate and use, customers can post a review in less and a minute. Also like the features that enable you to respond privately and publicly to a review. Good follow up with account reps who are helpful in suggesting ways to use the platform to your advantage.
