TrustPilot is a great addition to the company!
What do you like best? I like that I am all the time finding new features through Trustpilot. Most recently, it's been the review image generator and adding a Trustpilot tab on our Facebook. What do you like best? Trustpilot has given our customers an extremely easy and convenient means to leave feedback. What do you like best? We are happy with: 1. The types of reviews that Trustpilot is producing 2. The ease of using almost all features 3. The ability to verify clients What do you dislike? Great service for adding transparency to customer interactions.

Great way to further assist customers
What do you like best? It is great that we are able to see what item the customer is reviewing and their email address so that we can contact them if they are asking for further assistance in that review instead of contacting our customer service team directly. The ability to upload images is very helpful as well. What do you dislike? It would be much better if customers had to leave a name and/or order number in order to leave a review. Awesome service
What do you like best? The customization of the widgets really let's us market our reviews to their full abilities. What do you dislike? Not a whole lot. If anything, more tools to incorporate the reviews into ads / social media. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lack of credibility and PR issues. Trust Pilot helps show potential customers how our current customers have benefited from our services.
