What do you like best about Trullion? Smrt makes uploading leases very easy - we just drag and drop PDF files, and smrt detects most of the contract features automatically. After uploading, we go through the list of detected features and approve them, just to make sure there are no mistakes. In my experience, 95% of the detections were indeed accurate - saving us many, many hours of manual work.
