What do you like best about Troops? I love being able to update SFDC from my phone without logging into SFDC. Anyone who's tried to do anything on SFDC app knows the pain. Troops makes this very easy. I also like the op alerting which is very helpful to ensure things don't slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about Troops? Troops works just as it says it will. We found that folks on our team either LOVE it or are indifferent, but this mainly came down to working styles. Folks that loved real-time updates or preferred working in Slack noted that the software saved them hours each week, while others just muted the notifications.
