What do you like best about Troops? There is an ever-growing number of possibilities to use Troops to help the team. They bridge the gap between what you need to constantly monitor vs what you need several people to have a heads up on. Being able to use Slack in conjunction with Salesforce in such an easy way has helped the team immensely.

What do you like best about Troops? I like how the reminders are auto generated. It's also helpful when I'm notified if a client or prospective client signs up for a class or even doesn't attend.

What do you like best about Troops? From my side to be truly efficient you should be relatively focused and work in as few separate softwares as possible. With email being replaced by slack, the integration with SFDC reduces the time spent there and gives more time back to spend in Slack with colleagues and with clients directly.
