What do you like best about Troops? We use Troops a lot, but I'll only speak for myself. What I love most is that it offers an outstanding Slack <-> Salesforce integration through troops.ai app. It allows me (...and most of our Solutions Architects globally use it the same way) to quickly patch in details of "Logged Calls" as meeting minutes and details in to respective salesforce opportunities. Troops automatically reminds you to do so, getting triggers from scheduled meetings in Google ...

What do you like best about Troops? Using Troops makes entering new accounts into Salesforce so much easier. Saves a lot of time and clicks. It’s also nice to use to complete or push several tasks out instead of going into each Salesforce record.

What do you like best about Troops? Troops is a phenomenal tool for pushing vital info from Salesforce into Slack. In a Slack heavy org, It helps keep our sales team on the same page and morale high as deals and opportunities advance down the pipeline.

What do you like best about Troops? Everything. Essentially, it's your wizard for salesforce for companies that use slack. Simple to use, high ROI utility, and punctual support (though you won't need it).

What do you like best about Troops? Troops is excellent, very strong product... helps keep everything going on Salesforce... the alerting in Salesforce is really bad and it doesn't have a lot of simple ways to build the blueprints.

What do you like best about Troops? We use Troops in conjunction with Slack to send out internal surveys, populate inbound leads for our business development team, and create internal daily and weekly reports for our sales teams. It's an awesome tool that makes our lives easier.

What do you like best about Troops? Troops is the fastest way to have sales-based conversations. In the past we would email links that broke or direct teammates with misspelled information in chat or email, it was a nightmare. The ability to pull in and navigate quickly through the Slack buttons was great and the Reports feature made it so much easier to stay on top of daily/weekly team reports.
