What do you like best about Troops? • I love the ability to set custom alerts, and the ability to update the most important fields on an account or opportunity without having to leave Slack. The call logging functionality is also a huge time saver.

I like that as a rep I can create my own alerts for pipeline progression, leads, etc. It is also a great contributor to team culture, as you can set up wins to be sent to a team channel where everyone can celebrate. It seems to be a very flexible tool and I've seen it used in many creative ways by both managers and reps.

What do you like best about Troops? Troops is easy and simple to understand. It's immediately useful out of the box. I also haven't noticed any outages or bugs with the product. It's extremely stable. I don't believe they are releasing a lot of new features, instead I believe the focus is to keep what works simple, easy to understand, to the point, useful, and easy to implement. My team members love to get Troops alerts on deal closures, opportunities that are won, upsells that are made, ...

What do you like best about Troops? It notifies me of important steps in my sales process. It easily allows me to communicate issues I am having to our sales ops teams

What do you like best about Troops? I like that I can create salesforce opportunities and create cases from Slack using Troops. It also reminds me when an opt is about to expire and I can update it’s status on a click of a fingertip without ever logging in to Salesforce or leaving Slack. It also alerts us of closed wins so we can celebrate as a team.
