"More time selling, less time in admin"
What do you like best about Troops? Being able to update opportunities and file meeting notes from my phone between meetings while on the road. Unbelievable productivity increase, and it makes my notes more accurate and reflective of the deal.

"Troops is a must have for sales orgs that love Slack"
What do you like best about Troops? I love the integration with Slack and being notified right from slack when I am getting a new lead or a deal has been closed. Our team also loves the gifs that show when a sales person in our org closes a deal. It brings a fun aspect. When people see the gifs come in with the rep highlighted it really rallies people up.

"Powerful Tool for Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Troops? Activity Tracking, SFDC field updates, Forecast Changes My SFDC pipeline has never been cleaner. Next Steps are so easy to update and there's seriously so much more I could be doing with the tool that I know I'm not using.

"Insanely useful as a Customer Success Manager"
What do you like best about Troops? I love that Troops talks directly to Slack. It makes it very seamless for me to look up accounts in my (and my colleagues' names) to pull up client notes quickly without toggling to another window in SalesForce. From my experience as a CS Coach at other organizations, I can tell you point blank that there isn't a more efficient way for employees like me to identify account information.

"Must-have for any Slack-heavy sales org"
What do you like best about Troops? Troops is a lifesaver for a fast-growing, high-volume sales team at a startup like ours. The average sales rep in our organization is juggling somewhere between 500 leads and 100 active opportunities so it's incredibly easy for things to get lost in the shuffle. Reps getting auto-reminders when leads or opps lapse prevents anything from falling through the cracks. The alerts are also versatile enough for me to have a private channel where I can see a ...
