I got a job through triplebyte, the whole process took about 5 weeks. They will provide you with a timeline and it’s very accurate. I got more interview requests than I can handle, and the good thing is companies will invite the candidate directly onsite after a brief pitch call. I did have two companies pass on me after a pitch call, with no technical evaluation. Maybe I said something they didn’t like... One thing obvious to me is that onsites are more difficult through triplebyte. ...

I passed the Triplebyte frontend screening and got a lot of pitch calls from a lot of interesting and successful companies. Coming from an education background and having done interviews/hiring before I thought their process/methodology before and after you pass is pretty good. I ended up doing several onsites, including 5 in one week. They were pretty tough, especially back-to-back, but that's a reasonable tradeoff for Triplebyte managing the scheduling and covering most of your expenses. ...

I went through the process and was matched with a few startups and moved forward with one of them. Triplebyte flew me out to SF and covered 2 nights of hotel stay. Definitely recommend!
