"Great POE for Small Business"
What do you like best about TriNet? The chat feature in the online portal is user-friendly. What do you dislike about TriNet? Case management oftentimes takes too long. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They're solving pay-related problems they created when hourly employees receive a retroactive pay increase. "Too oversized for small business"
What do you like best about TriNet? They are a typical PEO and offer great group insurance rates. What do you dislike about TriNet? TriNet seems built on a 2000's platform that is so robust that it's clunky. They can't offer anything quickly - from customer service response time to reports for HR and payroll. "Trinet got the job done."
What do you like best about TriNet? Trinet was quite speedy and had all the information needed to get the job done. What do you dislike about TriNet? The layout was not great. Customer mer service wasn't as fast as TripActuons. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Tripactions is better What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? None currently. I moved on to Tripactions with my company.

"Happy with our switch to TriNet"
What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet has an easy-to-use portal that lets you navigate all of their services. What do you dislike about TriNet? Occasionally it can be slow to get a response from TriNet or get issues resolved. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They make payroll extremely easy; it has been a significant time-saver. They are also there when we need them for more challenging issues.

What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use. Had my info for an easy go to. What do you dislike about TriNet? Seems like it took a little while to load info for payroll items. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Just make sure you can use to your full potential as far as what your company offers to keep track of. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeps my payroll data. Easy to sign in and retrieve stubs etc.

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet understands my needs and always very helpful. easy to get a hold of What do you dislike about TriNet? There is nothing that I do not like. everything is very good What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Timely and accurate payroll. State filings for payroll. The benefits are that I do not need to stay untop of all payroll regulations for each state we have employees.

"User Friendly Application and Web Interface"
What do you like best about TriNet? I like the user interface and the fact that it is pretty intuitive to even the most basic user with limited experience. The words are easy to read and the color scheme is well done. What do you dislike about TriNet? The layout of the website can be a little confusing when you first start using the features, but after a little time it gets easier to use. What do you like best about TriNet? Nothing, it beats actual paper filing I suppose. What do you dislike about TriNet? Awful portal, email notification have instructions that are outdated leaving you stranded to file claims/cases. I did get a case in to them, it was closed an hour later and then NOT VIEWABLE. Literally worst UI it's like no one ever looked at it after they built it. Had to call support to hear them say sorry that a FSA purchase wasn't eligible.... (payment for a ...
