I like the ease of navigating the website - as the admin, it is very simple to find the exact page I need to view and/or update, with the side-bars on the left side of the webpage. What do you dislike about TriNet? Payroll reports are very cumbersome, with unnecessary information in many of the fields. She is always pleasant and knows how to get things done efficiently and effectively. What do you like best about TriNet? Best? Their sales group. They are good and selling you on all the benefits, but not tell you about the inconveniences, poor customer service, or restrictions you will have as a business to function.
