"TriNet is awesome"
What do you like best about TriNet? Simple automated service for payroll and benefit. What do you dislike about TriNet? The admin service fee is a bit high, we wish it does not go up with payroll amount. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Tri-Net helps me to save time.

"Great partnership"
What do you like best about TriNet? I like having dedicated platform/payroll and HR contacts. They are so friendly, professional and prompt. The compliance assistance across multiple states is life saving. The benefits and services we are able to offer our employess with TriNet are unmatched. What do you dislike about TriNet? What do you like best about TriNet? The team is always quick to respond and answers any question you have in depth. I appreciate having two account representatives who I can reach out to at any time and make sure I have what I need. What do you dislike about TriNet? The ticket submission system. While its easy to submit a ticket this team could likely be expanded as the response times here are a bit slow sometimes. "Trinet is hands down the worst human resource/peo for any sized business"
What do you like best about TriNet? The only feature I can think of that is helpful on the Trinet website is the button to logout. What do you dislike about TriNet? - After terminating our contract with Trinet and looking into our tax forms, we noticed multiple states we were paying a premium for in SUTA because they had not registered us in those states. - Our specific Customer Relationship Manager would reply to emails 2-3 weeks after an initial email was sent. - Eventually, we reached ...

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet is a great platform, works great for employers with employees in multiple states. What do you like best about TriNet? Having TriNet help with payroll, benefits, tracking PTO and all aspects of new hire information is wonderful. What do you dislike about TriNet? Currently I do not have any dislikes about TriNet What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Having employees working remotely has been a challenge outside the US and they have been very helpful!
