What do you like best about TriNet? Online setup and reporting is easy. Client rep is responsive. What do you dislike about TriNet? Transition to new website could have been better. Some things didn't seem to be working. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll, employee health coverage, state compliance.

What do you like best about TriNet? Our Payroll contact person, She is responsive and familiar with the company nuance. What do you dislike about TriNet? The Marketing team, that decides on Fees and Insurance cost, they do not give enough information, and they take advantage of us being a small company, although we have been with Trinet a good 9 years. What do you like best about TriNet? The integration of HR, Payroll insurance, and retirement account access is great. The online portal/software is awesome and the HR help access is excellent. What do you dislike about TriNet? Nothing comes to mind. Ok, so it is offline at the moment, not typical. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Try it! They have been around for a while, are a large employer who knows the HRIS/PEO market well, and genuinely made life easier once we made the switch. What do you dislike about TriNet? The cost may prohibit larger companies from justifying TriNet. What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet allows me easy access to most of my HRIS data in 1 place. The system is pretty easy to navigate and TriNet is continuously working to improve the areas that need improving. What do you dislike about TriNet? Sometimes the system goes down or there are glitches than can be annoying. I also do not like that TriNet doesn't synch 100% with the 3rd party systems it uses - ie. Time & Leave System.
