"Good for small business"

What do you like best about TriNet? By far our account rep has been amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the system. Whenever we have an issue we can reach out to her and she will help us. What do you dislike about TriNet? The system is not very customizable. What do you like best about TriNet? Trinet is very intuitive and easy to understand as far as payroll. What do you dislike about TriNet? The Benefits section is confusing because it directs you to several different sites for different tasks. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides an HR and accounting platform for employees and that makes it a "One stop shop"

What do you like best about TriNet? Working with Karen Beck is the great. She's always attention and if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she finds it out and gets back to me right away. What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use and after a very short learning curve What do you dislike about TriNet? As we've grown I'm finding benefits costs quite high. Being that we're a small org that doesn't have an HR dept., it's nice to be able to call HR specialists for advice on situations that could potentially be damaging to our org, if we unknowingly made a decision that wasn't compliant with CA laws.
