What do you like best about TriNet? I always get immediate customer service with Trinet. Their customer service phone lines are open until 9 PM Pacific Time during the week. This is usually late enough. They offer a great variety of benefits! They offer a really good variety of benefits. For example, they offer hospital indemnity insurance which is ONLY available as a group insurance you can’t buy it on the open market.
