What do you like best about TriNet? New UI/UX is way better than the old one. The platform's new Workforce Analytics tools make it way easier to pull everyday reporting. What do you dislike about TriNet? Customer service can be lacking at times, and there tend to be TriNet errors often with easy things, such as payroll and expenses. What do you like best about TriNet? It is a well oiled machine that runs well on autopilot. What do you dislike about TriNet? For a small company like ours (four employees), the fees per employee are high. My CPA has pointed out that the fees have added up and potentially offset the savings we have get for the health benefits. The Colorado Health Exchange has some good offerings. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Automate Payroll and provide benefits to employees.

Adding new employees the week before the payroll is paid. I think it should be by Monday the week of paying employees. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?
