TriNet pros and cons
Supports businesses through scaling teams, multiple states, and complex HR requirements.
TriNet stays current with employment law changes, reducing internal compliance burden.
Shared employer model helps businesses access enterprise-grade benefits and risk mitigation support.
Syncs HR data with accounting, ATS, and productivity systems via API and connectors.
Businesses that prefer to keep HR fully internal may find the PEO model less flexible.

What do you like best about TriNet? Dedicated payroll person for our company. What do you dislike about TriNet? Generic customer service line never gives any guarantees on time sensitive issues. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Better benefits than could be obtained for a company our size.

"TriNet - simplify the employee experience with benefits, money, and policies"
What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet keeps everything in one place - I can access my money (paychecks and tax forms), benefits (insurance and spending accounts), and company policies in a single platform. What do you dislike about TriNet? Certain settings (such as the frequency that I remain logged in) could be better - on a personal device, I don't feel that I need to login daily. "Timely and Valuable"
What do you like best about TriNet? The portal is straightforward to use. Intuitive and overall customer service is quick and helpful. What do you dislike about TriNet? I find the benefits offerings are not presented in a clear enough and easy to find manner. I think employees and HR professionals would find it helpful to just enter an employee's state and a few other variables to easily kick out benefit options and associated costs. If this can be done right now - it is not easily ...
