What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet is great for a company that needs extra help with their HR department. Your company is assigned a representative to help with anything that comes up. Because you deal with the same person, you build a relationship and they're familiar with your company and your needs. The site is also very user-friendly and has great reporting. What do you like best about TriNet? The fact that everything is offered by Trinet What do you dislike about TriNet? Cost of health insurance is a bit higher than we expected and what we had previously with Trinet. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? None at this point.

What do you like best about TriNet? I like being able to see the exact details of each paycheck from my entire time period as well as my PTO time in the same place. What do you dislike about TriNet? I think that there should be a section with more explanation on health benefits. I am always confused as to who to contact regarding various questions that i have about health insurance benefits. What do you like best about TriNet? The people are so nice and professional. They do their best to get your questions answered. They are there to help the associates as well as the Managers if help is needed. What do you dislike about TriNet? Everyone is helpful and is there for us to ask questions to, but sometimes you have to pull the answers out of them because they frequently have to check with someone else for answers. "I have used Trinet for 10 years with no issues"

What do you like best about TriNet? Dedicated contacts for quick response. I can always reach my dedicated resource but if not, I have had success reaching another professional who is very knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about TriNet? What do you like best about TriNet? Fairly well automated, with little interface once set up What do you dislike about TriNet? The reporting could be better. For example, would like to run a detailed payroll report that tells me base pay, expenses reimbursement, etc, but a report doesn't exist. "Easiest HR ever"

What do you like best about TriNet? Everything is just so accessible. The app also makes things easier as an employee. Adding new employees as an administrator is honestly a breeze. We also have employees on visa's and TriNet provides so much help with that. They've made that very daunting task extremely attainable. As an executive assistant I have more time to focus on more pressing matters when I don't have to deal with all of the tasks that TriNet handles for me. What do you dislike ...

"All-in-one package that mostly replaced our need for an in-house HR employee"

What do you like best about TriNet? Having an all in one package to handle payroll, benefits and retirement is much easier than us having to do each of those things through separate providers in the past. As we expand across multiple states, having all of the information at hand for the requirements in each state really streamlines things for us.
