"Great basic service, hard to get answers to complex questions "
What do you like best about TriNet? Every single person who answers the CSS line is able to help me 95% of the time. What do you dislike about TriNet? Waiting for answers to simple questions that get refered to departments (like tax or risk) in which I know no one and have no contact information. "Easy management of multiple-state payroll. "
What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet makes it easy to manage our payroll for employees in multiple states. They have the needed benefits for different localities, and are great at keeping us informed of changing state payroll and HR laws. The software is user friendly. What do you dislike about TriNet? "We've found there is a high value in the convenience and accuracy found at TriNet."
What do you like best about TriNet? I appreciate most the speed and accuracy with which reps are available to answer questions and work on complicated requests that come up occasionally. "Eliminates most business headaches"
What do you like best about TriNet? Not having to worry about tax laws, payroll, HR regulations etc. They handle all for us. They also offer great benefit choices for employees. What do you dislike about TriNet? Wish they would take a more hands on role with any HR employee issues. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll, benefits of large corporation help us attract people, they keep up with laws and regulations and ensure we meet those so we don't have to worry.

What do you like best about TriNet? Not having to worry about tax laws, payroll, HR regulations etc. They handle all for us. They also offer great benefit choices for employees. What do you dislike about TriNet? Wish they would take a more hands on role with any HR employee issues. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll, benefits of large corporation help us attract people, they keep up with laws and regulations and ensure we meet those so we don't have to worry.

"Great Platform."
What do you like best about TriNet? The platform is user friendly and the payroll processing is super easy. What do you dislike about TriNet? The fees are on the high side and the insurance rates have steadily gone up the last couple of years. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems. Ease of payroll is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about TriNet? Payroll is very easy, good selection of insurance and 401K options What do you dislike about TriNet? Can't think of any issues- TriNet has been very reliable What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Affordable healthcare, solid 401K plan- we need to attract great talent, and one way we are doing it is by offering benefits that rival or are even better than Fortune 500 companies.

What do you like best about TriNet? Time Saving Solution. Great for multi-state employers. Everything from hiring to terminations, payroll tax updates are taken care of. Easy to use without any hassles. Support and Service teams respond in a timely manner. What do you dislike about TriNet? Not much to dislike at this point. Have not had any issues.
