What do you like best about TriNet? As an employer I need a PEO that's easy to use because we don't have an HR department. What do you like best about TriNet? Processing payroll is simple and easy using the TriNet application. What do you dislike about TriNet? The thing I like least is having to wait a couple of days for some updates to take effect. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes less time to process payroll and frees me up to do other things.

"Great Service - Very Responsive"

What do you like best about TriNet? All of TriNet's processes are seamless - we never have to worry about the benefits administration or the payroll processing. TriNet's representatives are very responsive and professional. What do you dislike about TriNet? This hasn't been a huge issue for us but I feel that TriNet sort of promotes themselves as your outside HR but, when an issue with even a whiff of controversy or liability comes up, they are definitely and suddenly arms length. What do you like best about TriNet? Nationwide coverage. We are a virtual non-profit team with 12 staff members in generally 10 states (people keep moving!). Trinet enables great benefits coverage in every state, has mastery of state by state employment rules and regulations, HR tax issues (eg. unemployment, workers comp), etc. What do you dislike about TriNet? What do you like best about TriNet? I love how user-friendly TriNet is. The customer service is great they respond quickly and try to resolve your issues immediately. What do you like best about TriNet? I love the fact that all of my information is in one complete dashobard. From my retirement to my health benefits and also tracking my paychecks and being able to easily adjust w2 status is of great benefit to me.
