What do you like best about TriNet? As a small employer with less than 30 employees, we can offer multiple health plans with a variety of co-pays and options through TriNet. This is a competitive benefit for us when hiring. My HR Partner and Account Manager are awesome. They are very prompt about responding to any questions I have. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Everything you need in one source!"
What do you like best about TriNet? I like that everything I need is in one place on TriNet. My company uses multiple different services such as TransAmerica and WageWorks, but they are all linked through TriNet, which is so helpful. They also have a great interface and graphics that make it easy to track your benefits and income. What do you dislike about TriNet? I don't think there is much I dislike about TriNet. What do you like best about TriNet? I like the fact that they handle everything for us (payroll & benefits). What do you dislike about TriNet? Sometimes, there is certain information that I might need regarding an employee (i.e. copy of W2) and I told because "TriNet is the employer" we cannot get a copy, that we should run a report. "Trinet is easy to use."
What do you like best about TriNet? Automatic payroll. Also, required minimum characters is bad survey design. What do you dislike about TriNet? that I cannot process deductions on my own. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to negotiate benefits is lovely.

"Great platform as an employee and admin"
What do you like best about TriNet? The payroll reports are customizable so I am able to extract the exact data I need for bookkeeping. What do you dislike about TriNet? The help cloud does not have a lot of help articles but you can always contact support by email. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I collect expense reports from staff and having an automated system is extremely helpful. The integration with Quickbooks and payroll is so efficient.

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet offers great benefits options at a reasonable cost for employers with a small number of employees. In addition, the payroll services and reporting works well eliminating some of the burden from the employer. What do you dislike about TriNet? Integrations with our GL are limited from a payroll perspective. What do you like best about TriNet? I have used TriNet for about 3 years now and I like how it is easy to use and the customer service is great! What do you dislike about TriNet? sometimes you have to get transferred around to get the information you need What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?
