"Very user friendly tool, but reporting works very slow."
What do you like best about TriNet? Processing transactions, as a new user it was very easy to navigate through the website and account manager was very supportive providing the training material. What do you dislike about TriNet? Running reports, sometimes it takes enormous time to obtain the report out of Trinet. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Trinet to run payroll in Canada

What do you like best about TriNet? Our customer representative works hard to get things done for us. Krisi is great with guiding me through processes I haven't done before or don't understand. What do you dislike about TriNet? The constant changes to the website. I just seem to get the processes down and then there are major changes implemented. What do you like best about TriNet? I love that I can see my estimated balance of time off and how easy it is to request time off and see my paychecks. What do you dislike about TriNet? There is nothing that I do not dislike about it! Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Very easy to use for the employee. Easy to see everything and it is all simplified. What do you like best about TriNet? I like that the platform is all in one place, hr, employee info, payroll, performance management, expenses. I enjoy access to a human capital manager. What do you dislike about TriNet? I dislike that there are a lot of technical issues always. I rarely have 1 week where I don't have an issue that effects an employee. What do you like best about TriNet? I highly recommend Trinet to all my peers . Trinet provides not only payroll and benefits, but all the taxes which take a lot of time out of your work week. What do you like best about TriNet? The most amazing thing about Trinet for our organization has been the benefits and retirement plans we've been able to secure for an organization of our size. We have around 20 employees and I know that our organization would not be able to cover all employee's healthcare premiums without the amazing deals we're able to negotiate under Trinet. What do you like best about TriNet? Website is easy to navigate - whether inserting payroll, setting up a new employee or printing reports, etc. Great perks for our employees as well.
