What do you like best about TriNet? I love that someone is assigned specifically to our account and I can contact them any time with any issue. They are always quick to answer questions and help resolve any issues that there might be. What do you like best about TriNet? Payroll easy to report; no worry w/taxes. Main reason we use a PEO is so we can obtain group health insurance for the few employees that we have. What do you dislike about TriNet? Have had trouble printing reports and they have been unable to help me find solution on issue. I really like our reps, but I would like a more dedicated rep who can help deep dive into our everyday issues, someone that can walk me through a strategy session. What do you like best about TriNet? Having a dedicated account representative is extremely important, so I love the fact that I can pick up the phone and my rep is always ready to help. She is extremely friendly and responsive. She always makes sure to follow up with anything we need, she is very patient.
