What do you like best about TriNet? Easy to navigate interface w/ intuitive design. Login was simple to use. Forgot password mechanism worked quickly and reliably. This worked as our entire HR platform in lieu of an HR department or HR person. What do you dislike about TriNet? The internal organization chart didn't look great. What do you like best about TriNet? I recommend TriNet to anyone looking for a PEO. Their platform is user friendly and on-boarding is very easy. They also take care of all filings and have representatives to help in every area of Human Resources. What do you dislike about TriNet? The only thing I wish was better are the codes they use for payroll. I wish they had descriptions and/or more detailed information as to what the codes are. What do you like best about TriNet? The best part about TriNet has been the customer service. We are a tiny company with basic HR and payroll needs but no one in house with experience in the area. TriNet made it easy to set up payroll and a 401(k) plan for our team. Most important, our customer service rep always replies quickly when I have a question. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Smooth Transition/Great Service/Incredible Benefit Offerings"
What do you like best about TriNet? We like the simplicity have being able to direct employees to individual self serve sites that they can access information that they are looking for. Additionally, it makes it easy for them to participate in open enrollment with sufficient resources to review and a phone number to answer any questions that they may have. What do you like best about TriNet? Easy to submit payroll. Online availability is solid. What do you dislike about TriNet? Representatives do not take responsibility when TriNet messes up. "PEO change for the good"
What do you like best about TriNet? I like the ease of use of their website. It is very easy to move about the site for an employee or a manager. The reports section is also very helpful What do you dislike about TriNet? Not a lot to dislike. When there is a problem, TriNet's support staff works thru the issue and we get resolution. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding is much easier than our previous PEO. Time saved is a welcome benefit.
