What do you like best about TriNet? I like how easy it is to reach a real person through their customer support if an issue arises and that there are multiple ways of contacting support depending on how urgent your issue is. What do you dislike about TriNet? TriNet reporting is a bit convuluted. They have been working on making things more intuitive though. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TriNet? Helpful teams are the best things. The system payroll is pretty smooth. New enhnacements regualrly. What do you dislike about TriNet? Any form of modification to the regular process takes a lot of time. While the intent is there, i feel team members are not equipped to manage exceptional circumstances What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TriNet? They get me sane answer with minimum fuss. For a big company they are remakably reponsive. The 800 number is great. What do you dislike about TriNet? My rep. not really a downside. I just don't deal with her. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Personnel admin.

What do you like best about TriNet? They get me sane answer with minimum fuss. For a big company they are remakably reponsive. The 800 number is great. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Terrible customer service and high fees"
What do you like best about TriNet? I don't have anything positive share about this platform. What do you dislike about TriNet? Trinet is difficult to use. You have to log into a few different areas or call different #'s to take care of your 401k, payroll and other benefits. They have so many disparate systems so it's a terrible user experience. Most of the customer service reps are difficult to work with. I had to transfer my 401k out to a Roth IRA because I am no longer with the company. ...

What do you like best about TriNet? The support staff is great. They are always friendly, helpful, and prompt. What do you dislike about TriNet? The high cost of the services and all of the in-house paperwork we have to do for new hires and terminations. What do you like best about TriNet? Prior to using TriNet, I'd used another HR platform to administer payroll, benefits and other HR aspects with my previous employer. It was not as helpful as we expected, and had some limitations. Furthermore, their customer service was slow and unprofessional, below the standard, their hotline was very busy all the time, so I had a hard time getting the support and assistance needed in a timely manner.
