"A simple yet resourceful platform"

What do you like best about TriNet? I like the UX of both the website and app version. When you sign in it gives you details of common items of interest (Next Company Holiday, Pay Schedule, PTO Count, etc). The side bar allows you to drill into deeper other areas such as TeXes, Benefits, etc. What do you dislike about TriNet? The time off request function can be a bit better. I don't like having to click through so many buttons in order to submit a request. The calendar view could be better ...

What do you like best about TriNet? The attentiveness and rapid response from my account manager and hr manager What do you dislike about TriNet? The Trinet platform. It seems very outdated. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I will have occasional HR related questions but I find that my HR rep is very helpful in assisting me with them.

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet has a huge group insurance, so we save a lot on the health insurance we provided to our employees and we don't need to shop around every year and compare the complicated policies and prices. What do you like best about TriNet? I like the availability. I seldom have to wait to reach someone. My Client Success partner, Adam Hunt, is preternaturally patient and very knowledgeable. PROS: This has everything that our HR team needs. It enables us to record expenses, track mileage, process payroll with direct deposit, and provide our employees with health insurance. CONS: Nothing. TriNet works well for SMEs like us. It has the complete package for benefits and other HR needs. It is a little costly but it is worth its price.
