It's a super intuitive tool that makes choosing benefits incredibly easy, providing several options and breakdowns explaining the differences, as well as making payroll updates a breeze. What do you like best about TriNet? I love the ease of use for payroll and new hire entry is a cinch. What do you dislike about TriNet? What should be improved is the number of plans TriNet offers to employees. What do you like best about TriNet? I feel the platform is very user friendly and the interface is intuitive. All the employees appreciate the ease of use and I appreciate the simplicity when handling complex situations requiring advanced HR experience. What do you dislike about TriNet? Nothing really. What do you like best about TriNet? I appreciate and value the opportunity to have a dedicated representative to help with all HR advise! What do you like best about TriNet? Very responsive to questions and always available to help. They also allow us to offer robust plans to employees. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Not 100% confident in product"
What do you like best about TriNet? The dashboard having everything in one spot. The HR department is also very repsponsive and helpful. What do you dislike about TriNet? That time and attendance is not linked or connected. So if you use the clocking in and out it doesn't throw it over to the dashboard, you have to click about 5 different things accept and then import over. It is just not user friendly in that area. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? none
