What do you like best about TriNet? I like best the ease of use. Don't need to be a techie. What do you dislike about TriNet? When I can't figure it out and I need to call to get something to happen. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: NA What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? We can get reports fairly easily.

"User friendly, but room for improvement"

What do you like best about TriNet? I love the menu categories that make it easy to find what I need quickly. I wish the platform would update with info like maternity leave and other benefits. What do you dislike about TriNet? I think the search tool could be a little stronger. I usually have to dig through the site to find paperwork. Perfect for SMEs

PROS: TriNet is an all-in-one solution for our HR needs. It enables us to better handle the majority of our administrative functions, allowing us to focus on other tasks. CONS: None so far. TriNet works really for us. We have been using it for half a decade now and we haven't encountered any major issue in all those years. Minor issues are also resolved immediately.

Awesome features and support service

PROS: TriNet has a very intuitive design and lots of excellent reporting features and built-in forms. We love their support team's responsiveness and competence. They are easily reachable and very patient when assisting us. CONS: We think they should work on their onboarding process for it to be a more seamless experience for their clients. PROS: TriNet is a very cost-efficient solution that makes available for us a great number of services. We appreciate that they are always ready to assist when we have issues or queries. "Intuitive and easy to use"

What do you like best about TriNet? Ther product is easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about TriNet? The process for employee repayment of advances. It involves completing a form and getting signatures. I think it should be done within the portal. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Go for it. "Takes the HR and Benefits difficulty and makes it easier"

What do you like best about TriNet? I like the suite of options that are provided to our employees for benefits. What do you dislike about TriNet? Complex situations sometimes feel more difficult than it should. But routine things are easy What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? We offer our employees benefits and standardization that wouldn't be possible without TriNet. It can be expensive but in most cases the added cost is worth the spend.

What do you like best about TriNet? Wide array of benefit elections and ease of enrollment. The support we received during the onboarding process was outstanding.
