Excellent product

PROS: TriNet is a user-friendly software equipped with capabilities for employee and payroll management. It also has great reporting features. We love that its support team is competent and quick to respond whenever we encounter issues. CONS: New employees have trouble logging in to the system. We also sometimes encounter a few glitches. Apart from these minor concerns, we have nothing to dislike about this software.

What do you like best about TriNet? I like the technology available and HR law updates. What do you dislike about TriNet? I dislike the turnaround time with connect360. Sometimes is quick, sometimes is not. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I process payroll quickly and can make changes very smoothly. The mobile application is also very helpful.

What do you like best about TriNet? Overall functionality of the system is easy to use, in other words very user-friendly. It helps in reducing the manual work to automated work. The complexity of explaining a PEO relationship when on-boarding with a new client company. What do you like best about TriNet? Great insurance plans - excellent value for the money - Website easy to navigate. What do you dislike about TriNet? 360 Connect. - I liked having a personal representative to assist with our issues much better than a general call-in center. I wish Trinet would go back to that model. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? A one-stop solution for HR needs

What do you like best about TriNet? The fact that anytime I have an issue or need guidance TriNet is there to provide expert guidance. What do you dislike about TriNet? Nothing. They are the best service I have worked with as a Director of People Ops. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Navigating the opening of an international location, working to provide equal benefits for people from many states, and just generally taking care of my team.

What do you like best about TriNet? The portal is very easy to naviagte and I love the Mobile app too. What do you dislike about TriNet? I wish the download to Quickbooks were better. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: When comparing services, make sure that you compare apples to apples; TriNet really gives you a big bang for your buck.
