PROS: Our employees love their self-service system. This allows for greater participation in our workplace. It also makes it easier for anyone to get specific information. CONS: I hope they would enhance their services to better cater to our needs for compensation reviews.

What do you like best about TriNet? Easy onboarding. Amazing tech and app. Able to be used by overseas companies. Great for companies with 5 employees to 500. What do you dislike about TriNet? Need direct number for problems. Usually 24 hour turnaround. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Need an HR software for payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR.

Helped implement this at a small scaling start-up when we were using ADP and had minimal and insanely expensive medical coverage costs and terrible support from ADP. TriNet works really well for us

PROS: We rely on this entirely for our HR needs. It is user-friendly and well-designed. We love how we can sign in with ease and also reset our passwords when necessary. CONS: We hope they would enhance the software to better match the requirements for remote work setups. Specifically, we hope organizational charts would become more functional and comprehensive.

What do you like best about TriNet? We are a small firm of four people. Having Trinet handle all our payroll, benefits and taxes has taken a lot off our desk. When we signed on with Trinet, we were able to sign up for better benefits at the same cost.
