"TriNet makes HR easier"
What do you like best about TriNet? Everyone I've ever spoken to has been polite and extremely helpful. If someone can't help me, they immediately forward my question to someone who can. What do you dislike about TriNet? I really can't think of anything I don't like! What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to worry about PR taxes, or if someone has a quesiton on benefits, TriNet is always available and able to answer .

"Reliable and Professional Service"
What do you like best about TriNet? Trinet allows me to let HR run in the background so I can focus on other things. If there is a need, I can always reach out but our payroll and benefits through Trinet smoothly and I have few occasions where extra support is needed. What do you dislike about TriNet? What do you like best about TriNet? The chat feature to get answers quickly and the reports module What do you dislike about TriNet? Unable to hire overseas workers through TriNet Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Good ATS and easy to use. Help team is responsive What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlined payroll, easy benefits administration, good ATS that allows us to process and review resumes and contact applicants through the system

What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use. Good payroll and benefits company. What do you dislike about TriNet? Support isn't as easy as it used to be before Connect 360. We used to have a dedicated HR person and a dedicated customer support person. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll is easy to manage through Trinet, as well as benefits. Managing employee start dates, I9 information is easy. Leaves me time to focus on my other responsibilities.

"Great tool for benefit and pay management"
What do you like best about TriNet? SImple to set up and navigate. Have decreased questions asked by users by 10 fold at least. What do you dislike about TriNet? Nothing really, it does just what we need in our small company Recommendations to others considering TriNet: give it a try. "TriNet is an easy to use HR Hub"
What do you like best about TriNet? Easy to use, breakdown of paychecks is great, mobile app is awesome, expesses were easy, benefits were easy to enroll in. What do you dislike about TriNet? Expense portal was pretty old looking. It worked fine but could use an update What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Use it for paychecks and benefits at LeanIX. Helps me get breakdowns of my paychecks and benefits.

"Excellent service"
What do you like best about TriNet? Anytime I needed help or had questions I could just email my rep and they would respond with the answer. What do you dislike about TriNet? There is nothing to dislike..it is a great company What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? It is self service to our employees, well streamed line.
