"Sending Rewards to Users Internationally At Scale"
What do you like best about Tremendous? We were exploring a feature where we rewarded users for using the product. We were able to easily scale for thousands of users across the world, and users were easily able to redeem their rewards for visa gift cards, store gift cards, or charity, regardless of which countries they live in. We were able to support experiments very flexibly with different amounts of as little as $1. People in the U.S., Europe, Asia, etc. were all able to redeem rewards ...

"Easy to Learn - Easy to Like"
What do you like best about Tremendous? As a Product Manager, I'm very used to jumping into new tools and platforms and initially finding myself a little confused or overwhelmed. Tremendous was the opposite experience for me. I was able to quickly send out rewards to a .csv list of recipients even on my first attempt. Some of my favorite aspects of Tremendous: - The ability to import lists of recipients from a .csv or manually entry was incredibly helpful. You can also edit entities easily ...

"Excellent service for research remuneration!"
What do you like best about Tremendous? For me, the best part of using Tremendous is that my research participants get a choice in what their reward will be. People have their own clear shopping (or charity) preferences, and I appreciate being able to accommodate them. Further, I can expand or limit those choices as needed to remain consistent with my or my clients' corporate values. I enjoy the different options for funding the rewards (debit or credit or PO). For larger organizations, ...

"Tremendous is the best platform for customer rewards!"
What do you like best about Tremendous? Tremendous is one of the easiest platforms to integrate. It took us less than a day to be production ready. It's a platform we can 'set up and forget', knowing that it will always work how we need it to. Their UI makes it easy for us to customize our offering to our customers and super easy for our customers to select the options they want. What do you dislike about Tremendous? There are no downsides. Tremendous makes everything extremely easy to get ...

"Easy and Powerful Platform for Cash Rewards"
What do you like best about Tremendous? We use Tremendous for our Partner Spiff program. We are sending out rewards to external individuals that are above the threshold for tax reporting, meaning we are obligated to report these payments on our company taxes. Tremendous has a feature which prompts the recipient to securely enter their tax information (EIN, SSN, etc) before collecting the reward, so we can be compliant as a company without needing to handle PII ourselves. All this for no ...

"Great platform"
What do you like best about Tremendous? Tremendous is a great platform to send customers gift cards or incentives. We were able to provide customers with virtual gift cards almost instantly vs them have to wait 4-6+ weeks to receive a physical card from other providers. What do you dislike about Tremendous? There is nothing I dislike about Tremendous. What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to be able to send gift cards instantly vs a long lead time ...

"Non profit Tremendous Review"
What do you like best about Tremendous? Tremendous helped us with a unique sponsorship opportunity during our virtual events. We created "coffee breaks" where everyone attending the virtual sessions were sent a gift card frm the designated break sponsor. We have also used them to incentivize filling out surveys. I like the variety of rewards to choose from. We have also used them as staff appreciation gifts. What do you dislike about Tremendous? I don't see any downsides to using ...

"Efficient and flexible rewards"
What do you like best about Tremendous? The Tremendous platform has made sending rewards to our customers an absolute breeze. The Tremendous customer-facing experience is better than what we previously used, they have far more options to choose from, and it's very easy to use on both ends. I like that we can send someone a reward, we pick the amount, and they get to choose the rest. There's a variety of gift card options they can pick from and they can even transfer money to themselves ...

"Great Experience and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Tremendous? Tremendous is extremely user friendly and is integrated well into our business model. We are a research company that offers incentives through the platform and it's very easy to use and all members of our team are able to distribute incentives with no issues. We can send it in bulk, choose different reward options, and also there are hundreds of options to choose from so it allows our participants to be selective to their needs. Most people end up ...
