Are you using Trello?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

Pretty good service
Pretty good service, the problem with the cards is I wish they would offer a few more formats which I think they could easily do, but they are so stuck in the niche that they only provide the cards and boards.

Project Management has never been so simple
What do you like best? The simplicity - it really does force you to simplify your workflow, thoughts and process and bring it back to the purest of Kanban boards. This is undoubtedly a good thing and will be fantastic news for anyone who is fed up with Jira. The flexibility is also key - if you still prefer things a little more involved then you can make Trello work for you in any way you want. There are loads of Chrome extensions to "agilify" your Trello board... some of them are ...

Best tool for working in small teams
What do you like best? Trello methodology is so easy to learn for every team working in tech or digital business, no matter the seniority. If you're familiar with scrum, you're almost there. It's pretty visual, lots of personalization options and very friendly. It's perfect, as I said, for small 2-5 people teams, we personally use it to organize all our marketing taks in a priority-based scale (sorted by columns). To assign a task and follow up on it t's quite simple and it allows us to ...

Nice tool for planning and organizing
I've started to use Trello quite a while, it's a great tool to organize life processes and keep the mess out of my head. The only drawback of this platform that I have noticed is that the calendar is available only for premium version users. And I can't use my own images on the desk unless I've paid.

Trello has been amazing platform for Task & project management and easy to use
What do you like best? The application is user-friendly and responsive for all of us. I can build Task cards and customized templates in seconds. You can easily use it. A appropriate interface has been improved to offer all the essential functions required for the implementation of the work. I am satisfied by the simplicity with which participants of the board community in Trello will specifically incorporate this in other services such as Slack. What do you dislike? I may not ...
