Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

Kanban Panel with Trello
What do you like best? With Trello it is possible to create a kanban panel to organize and manage tasks and activities for both work and daily activities, all in an easy and fast way. Another facility of Trello is that it is possible to share the tasks with a group or with several people in a simple and efficient way. What do you dislike? The only thing missing from Trello is notifications or alerts about activities, for example, if an activity or task is dead or late, it would be good ...

Trello is helpful, but can get bogged down with files
What do you like best? Trello is great for personal organization as well as organizing several to-do lists and projects with a team. It is also helpful for communicating on projects that span departments. What do you dislike? Because we don't pay for the most premium account, Trello pages can get bogged down with information after a while and tend to crash. It is hard to have to continually have to archive projects and communicate to other team members about limiting the amount of ...

Simple and Effective
What do you like best? The user interface is straight-forward. My users have no problem figuring things out and using them. What do you dislike? Customization is limited, and until recently, was non-existent. Would love to see more implementation of custom fields that can actually interact with other fields, like sum up fields from cards meeting a certain filter, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product Test i by testing sample data and INVITE OTHERS TO USE IT WITH ...

Awesome Organization Tool
What do you like best? I like that I can assign tasks a "location" or status and move it along a production cycle. I can look at a glance who has what project and if it's on my plate or with someone else. What do you dislike? I'd like to assign multiple due dates to each item in the checklists. Trello only lets you assign one due date to each card. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining a production procedure.

Trello is Fantastic for Organization and Collaboration
What do you like best? Trello is incredibly easy to use. It is flexible so I have been able to use a lot of their features for different purposes. It functions as a super to do list and a group project status board for 2 of my companies. I am able to use it as a light CRM for prospective customers and keeping track of vendors. There are also upgrades which allow us to track shipment status by uploading the tracking number. Each of my employees uses and loves Trello. It is the only ...

Ultimate Organizational Tool
What do you like best? Trello is a highly customizable organizational tool that can double as a collaborative tool. I've found it fantastic for planning projects that run the gamut from simple to complex. My use case is primarily task organization and activity tracking, however, I see the power for this tool to scale to tracking multiple complex problems. What do you dislike? If Trello didn't change a thing I would continue to be an active user. Recommendations to others considering ...
