Are you using Trello?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

My Experience with Trello
What do you like best? I think that Trello can be a useful tool for large teams to organize events and planning. There is a large and well designed layout, and the actual softwares appearance is visually appealing. What do you dislike? Trello is sometimes confusing visually in its layout, and tends to create a large and sprawling layout of documents and conversations. It is always time consuming to find the documents that I am looking for. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Project Management Software made simple and intuitive
What do you like best? I like the interface, and how easy it is to micro-manage each of your projects - for example. with the members, labels, checklist, due date, attachment etc. buttons - you can contain pretty much anything relevant / anything you need within the Trello card, not needed to revert to email, for example. I also like that if you do not submit a comment or text, it saves it so it does not automatically disappear. What do you dislike? There is little that I dislike ...

Highly flexible planning and organisation tool
What do you like best? The flexibility built into Trello allows users to apply it to whatever task or information they need to record and manage. It can be highly detailed or just a simple overview. What do you dislike? Permission levels are not very flexible. Anyone that can view the board, can also edit. Recommendations to others considering the product The free-tier service contains almost everything you need for a full implementation. Give it a go and explore all the options ...

Trello: Keeping Us on Track and Efficient!
What do you like best? Trello is a fantastic "to do" application. The free platform is amazing and has allowed us to smoothly communicate across the globe and keep on top of a task. What do you dislike? The format of the program takes some getting used to. You cannot just check off a task as being done. We had to think outside of the box to come up with the most effective way to manage our workload. We ended up creating columns. For example: To do, Doing, Ready for Edit, Ready for ...

Productivity at a galnce
What do you like best? Robust search functions and integration with other services, like Google Docs What do you dislike? Can become unwieldy, nested lists would be a godsend What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We convert customer feedback from Google Sheets into a Trello board. This has allowed us to much more easily assign concerns to our staff members.

Easy to use
What do you like best? This platform can be accessed both online and via the app and had a very short learning curve. What do you dislike? Wish it could set deadlines per board. Currently can set per card but when viewing boards it's something we've had to figure out on our end to suffice. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less email within the team. Always know the status. Know project load in a glance.

Best organizational and project management tool!
What do you like best? I like that it is so easy to use and it really helps to set priorities and keep you on task throughout the work day. My whole company uses it and it is super helpful from both a management standpoint to manage employees tasks and projects and for managing day to day tasks. What do you dislike? It can sometimes be really easy to delete a card on accident. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Recommendations to others considering the product Trello has ...
