Are you using Trello?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

Great Product!
What do you like best? I use Trello to organize my to-do list, mini projects and as a mini-CRM. The flexibility is incredible and the uses are almost endless. We currently have a team of five people using the product as well as integration with our customers' Trello accounts. What do you dislike? Customization and branding would be helpful, but not a show stopper. Expensive for what it is. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team ...

Good for keeping lists or even sales funnel for small teams up to 5 people
What do you like best? Easy to get started, powerful dragging between phases. Almost like on budget Pipedrive : What do you dislike? Exporting contacts out is not possible. Bit confusing to restore items when someone deletes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy overview of project workflow or sales prospect funnel.

Game Changer for Daily Organization & Productivity
What do you like best? I've been using Trello pretty obsessively for the last three years, for both personal task management and team collaboration. I love that I can easily organize and prioritize my different work streams in a simple, visual way. My Trello board is my source of truth for my weekly work routine, whether it's daily to-dos, client work, or internal projects. I also love that I can personalize my boards with unique backgrounds, color coding, and frequently used checklists. ...

Nice but rudimentary
What do you like best? It has a very intuitive, drag and drop interface and allows for collaboration with team members with role based support. Also you can define boards, tasks and workflows to keep things organized and assign tasks. What do you dislike? It's become a commodity and ZenHub, which is integrated with Github does pretty much the same work (plus the added value of the easy integration with GH. You can define only rudimentary tasks and the color palette/further ...

Works well with managing freelancing projects
What do you like best? the easy drag and drop interface and tools for labeling, assigning projects and deadlines. Helps keep clients organized What do you dislike? I liked the desktop app because it was easier to access, but it got wonky so I deleted it. It was also annoying to resize. I would like a better version to rise from the ashes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Over all project management, but works the best as a ...

Best Project Management App for small to medium sized teams
What do you like best? The simplicity is the best feature of Trello. Things are quite intuitive to start with, and the interface is simple to handle. If you like seeing all your stuff neatly arranged in a small space or like to see more in less space, then Trello is the goto tool. The good thing about Trello is that it doesn't dictate how project management should be done. It just provides a set of essential tools, and any team can adapt it to their unique style and needs. What do you ...

Fantastic tool to help make sense of projects
What do you like best? Tactile and customisable with integrations What do you dislike? Sometimes limited in keyboard shortcuts e.g. it'd be great to be able to switch between cards in a list by clicking left or right. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timelines for projects benefit from an integration with elegantt. A kanban-style board for each of my projects, booked up to a weekly gmail alert using zapier, is crucial to help ...

Great to organize and work on different projects all at once! not only for work
What do you like best? I like how you can manage the boards and create the structure you want with them. I had to use Trello for the first time at my internship so everyone could see in what project I was working on, what I would do next, what was not finished, what was waiting for a response from the clients.. and what was already done. It's very versatile and I guess that's the characteristic I like the most. What do you dislike? Trello could have like a message app extension, would ...

Trello is the best
What do you like best? I use Trello frequently to help coordinate with my manager about the actions on client calls. What do you dislike? I wish it had a better look visually like that of asana. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using it to stay organized about client meetings- I have realized I am more on top of my daily tasks when I do.

Trello, is it me you're looking for?
What do you like best? I've used Trello for a number of years now and I love how it keeps me organized. You can easily break down a project piece by piece and then assign different parts of that project to others and it's like a virtual secretary that keeps you on track. You can use it as a workflow to move a bunch of different moving parts in a project, or you can use it as a check list to keep yourself on task. What do you dislike? The only thing I have to complain about is the ...
