Trello is great for small teams if you have rules in place!
What do you like best? I love how easy trello is to make into your own. Its very versatile and can adapt to solve a number of problems based on each team. What do you dislike? I dislike that there is limited functionality. All the pro features seem like a joke. I really don't care about stickers or background colors, I want to be able to re-size boards or do other organizational things better. What do you like best? Easy to set up a task card and to update it. The interface is intuitive and colourful. Shareable with colleagues. What do you dislike? Cannot add a do-by date to the tasks; therefore; you cannot track progress on milestones. Great for brainstorming and organizing ideas and projects
What do you like best? The format, easy of use and interactivity. The boards are visually appealing and easy to follow, the color coordination is also effecitive and being able to see who is on what card and discussion. What do you dislike? More creative space on the cards, examples would be adding drawings to cards straight from a smartphone or being able to integrate with a CRM (not sure if this is already possible but we do not do so currently Recommendations to others ...

Keeping Large Projects on Track
What do you like best? I like how Trello lets you easily manage moving parts of a project in one location, and how easily it is to create and track completions of to-do lists. It encourages you to think about what it takes to accomplish a task, and how they all work together. What do you dislike? I use Trello every day
What do you like best? I've recommended Trello to almost everyone I know. I have yet to find an organizational platform that I like more. Not only can I use it at work for marketing projects, but I can use it for wedding planning, and my side committee and volunteering projects. What do you dislike? Great Tool for Teamwork
What do you like best? Trello is a great tool for teamwork and simple project management. I was introduced to it when I was working on a solutions consulting team that includes staff throughout the US and India. I use now for myself to help me keep track of small projects and tasks. What do you like best? I love that Trello is a visual organization system. I can color code cards, I can set due dates and I can share the board with whoever I want! What do you like best? It's very simple to use and it's easy to access. As the product have became more famous they have managed to keep the simplicity. What do you dislike?
